As an Amazon Catalog Specialist, you will manage product listings, monitor account health, and optimize catalog elements to improve visibility and sales performance.

Your role involves creating and updating product listings, conducting keyword research, and analyzing ASIN performance metrics like BSR, reviews, and CVR. You will also assess return reports to identify trends and improve customer satisfaction, ensuring compliance with Amazon's policies. Role Overview
We are seeking a talented Amazon Catalog Specialist to join our team and support the growth of our Amazon marketplace presence. In this role, you will manage product listings, monitor account health, and optimize catalog elements to improve visibility and sales performance.

Key Responsibilities

  • Monitor Amazon Account Health Check performance notifications in Amazon Seller Central, manage cases, and ensure follow-through.
  • Manage Listings Ensure listing elements are active (Title, Bullets, Product Description/EBC or A+), create/revise listings, perform flat file uploads, and manage parent/child mapping.
  • Perform Keyword Research & Optimize Listings Conduct keyword research, write optimized listing content (titles, bullet points, search terms, alt text images, and product descriptions), and leverage Data Dive, competitor research, and Manage Experiment.
  • Monitor ASIN Performance Track BSR, number of ratings, average ratings, number of reviews, CVR, sessions, and units sold. Ensure listing elements remain active and optimized.
  • Generate Returns Reports Regularly review return reports to identify trends, reasons for returns, and potential product issues. Use insights to improve product listings and enhance customer satisfaction.

Required Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, eCommerce, or a related field (preferred).
  • Proven experience managing Amazon product listings and catalog maintenance, preferably with Seller Central.
  • Strong understanding of Amazon listing requirements, account health, and policies, including case management and compliance monitoring.
  • Expertise in keyword research, listing optimization, and competitor analysis to drive visibility and sales.
  • Proficiency in Amazon Seller Central, including flat file uploads and catalog management.
  • Attention to detail and organizational skills to manage multiple tasks effectively.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Familiarity with listing optimization tools such as Datarova & JungleAce.
  • Strong analytical skills for tracking ASIN performance metrics and identifying improvement opportunities.
  • Experience with returns reporting and implementing insights to enhance product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Ability to create optimized listing content, including titles, bullet points, search terms, and product descriptions.
  • Knowledge of advanced Amazon tools like Manage Experiment for testing and improving listings.
